Our plywood comes from certified sustainable plantation forests. It is manufactured to the highest environmental standards and is certified for FSC, AFS and PEFC chain of custody.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Plywood characteristic variation: As timber is an organic substance, there will always be a slight colour and grain pattern variation. Slight variation will not be accepted as a reason to return an item produced by Spoken Shop.

Cancellations: Orders from our advertised range may be cancelled any time prior to despatch from our workshop. Customised or bespoke orders may only be cancelled in writing within 24 hours of placing your order as manufacturing of your item may have already started. 

Changes to your order: Production often begins shortly after orders are placed. For customised or bespoke orders, we are able to change your order only if manufacturing has not already started.

Returns: If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, simply email us with photo evidence and we will happily replace the item at no cost to you. We do not require you to return the damaged or faulty item.
